We help organizations decide what to build, what to consolidate and what to leave alone before any design starts, and we write down the reasoning so the plan still makes sense months later.
One codebase for Partners' communities
Partners Development Group is always building a new community, and each one needs its own identity, its own launch and its own site. Built one at a time, each site repeated work the last one had already paid for.
When Partners asked for a Keystone Creek microsite in early 2024, we proposed one shared codebase for their communities instead, with each site running from its own Prismic repository and its own visual identity. Any section built for one site becomes available to the others. Later that year The Vintage needed a site quickly, and it went live within a day.

Community microsites since 2020, with new ones launching from one shared codebase since 2024.
Deciding before designing
The biggest choices in a digital project come before any design. We audit what already exists, map what matters, and set a direction that fits a real budget and a real timeline.
What we hand over is a set of decisions with the reasoning attached, so the choices can still be explained six months later when somebody asks why.
