This site is published by Field Creative Inc., which operates as Built by Field, from Calgary, Alberta. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Field Creative Inc.
You are welcome to read this site, link to it, and quote it with credit. Use it lawfully, and do not interfere with it or with anyone else’s use of it.
There are no accounts here, nothing is for sale, and the site accepts nothing you submit. Nothing on it turns on who you are.
What we own
The writing, design, photography and code on this site belong to Field Creative Inc. or to the people we licensed them from. The Built by Field name and logo are ours.
Quote us with credit and a link. Ask us before republishing a piece whole, or before using anything here commercially.
Client work
We show work made for clients. Their names, trade marks and imagery belong to them, and appear here to describe what we do.
Nothing on this site transfers any right in them, and nothing here means a client endorses us beyond the work shown.
Links out
We link to other people’s sites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they contain.
No warranty
We publish this site as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error, and we do not warrant that what it describes is complete or current.
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising out of your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Alberta have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
