Zappi’s consumer insights platform helps deliver fast, affordable, and meaningful feedback for teams on a timeline.
Zappi needed a website that could keep pace with its brand. The consumer insights platform had built a reputation for fast, affordable feedback, and in 2022, Built by Field partnered with design agency Green Stone to build a digital home for Zappi worthy of that reputation.

Green Stone came with finished designs, and it was our responsibility to translate them into a functioning site. That kind of collaboration works best when both sides stay close, so we met regularly with the Green Stone team throughout production, to work through decisions together and align on goals.
Zappi's brand runs on rich gradients and vibrant imagery, and the mockups set a high bar for us to reach. Rendering those elements crisply across contexts required sustained attention, and we paired this vibrancy with smooth entry animations and transitions, giving the site a sense of fluidity that matched the energy of the brand.
The marketing pages were built with modular sections designed for reuse and growth. We also created flexible templates for Resources and Customer Stories, giving Zappi's team the ability to publish new content in a consistent format without developer involvement. This autonomy was essential for their team.





Contentful's content model constraints required some creativity. We created new content models only when necessary, exercising restraint to keep the CMS architecture lean even as the site’s content scaled.
The site launched in August 2022, built on Next.js and Contentful. Green Stone's thorough understanding of Zappi's needs gave us a clear target to build toward, resulting in a site structured to grow with the company.
